RETURN ACCEPT ONLY IN CASE - Products that you received in the "Damaged/Defective/Broken/ wrong " condition.(Please Provide Unboxing Video )
The product must be couriered to us within 5 days of the product being delivered to the customer, otherwise, we will not accept the return parcel.
You shall keep the Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in product packaging for a successful return pick-up.
Customer has to handle the return courier process himself through any local courier company. Return courier charges will be payable by the customer.
When we receive the customer return courier, we will transfer the respected amount to the customer's bank account via NEFT within 15 business days.
